    Mechanics

    1. A customer who will avail a minimum of P10,000 or higher Home Credit loan to purchase any item  at a participating POS Digital store from November 15 to December 31, 2025, is eligible to join  the promo. 1 contract number & 1 registration = 1 raffle entry.
    2. The customer will be requested to scan the QR code to register and join the raffle promo. This will serve as his raffle entry. The following details will be collected:
      • Name
      • Complete Address
      • Contact Number
      • Date of Purchase
      • Amount of Purchase
      • Location of POS Digital Store purchase 
       
    3. If customer cancels said contract with Home Credit, his raffle entry will also be forfeited.
    4. Deadline of entries is on December 31, 2025, 11:59pm
    5. Only one (1) grand winner will be drawn for this promo
    6. A one-time virtual grand draw via MS TEAMS will be held on January 14, 2026, 2pm in the HC 
      Consumer Finance Phils office, 15/F Ore Central, 31st corner 9th Street, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, 
      to be witnessed by a DTI representative. 
    7. Grand prize is one (1) unit Samsung S25 (12GB+256GB) phone.
    8. Prize is not convertible to cash. Prize is transferable but may not be exchanged for another item.
    9. Winner will be notified by Home Credit or POS Digital via SMS (from access code HOMECREDIT), 
      call, email, and registered mail. Notification SMS and letter shall contain complete name, 
      address, and prize of the winner.
    10. Winner will be announced two (2) weeks after the grand draw schedule in the Home Credit 
      Philippines Facebook page.
    11. Prize should be claimed by winner at a preferred POS Digital branch. Winner shall be asked to 
      present 2 valid IDs, official SMS, and official email/letter sent to them by Home Credit/POS 
      Digital.
    12.  Home Credit and POS Digital employees and its affiliates, including agencies, merchants’ 
      relatives, up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this 
      promo.
    1.  Customers participating in this raffle may still avail of other on-going promotions of Home Credit, 
      POS Digital, or partner retailers.
    2. 20% withholding tax of prizes exceeding 10k and other expenses related to prizes and taxes shall 
      be shouldered by Home Credit.
    3. Prize should be claimed sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered mail notification, or it 
      will be forfeited in favor of HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc. and POS Digital upon prior 
      approval of Department of Trade & Industry (DTI)
    4. Home Credit and POS Digital reserve the right to disqualify customers from availing of this 
      promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and 
      subscription.
    5. Customer’s account must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw to be 
      eligible to win.
