2. This sale is exclusive to customers nationwide.

3. Items on sale marked down from their standard retail price are attached.

4. For credit card transactions, credit approval is the sole prerogative of the card issuer.

5. Prerequisite to transaction completion is the customer's concurrence to the return/exchange policy.

• Replacement of unit due to change of mind is not allowed. Only defective goods can be returned or exchanged.
• Customers must contact Anson’s Helpdesk for a Customer Service Representative to conduct an assessment and provide instructions for defective items.
• The item for return must be in its original delivery condition and sent back with prepaid shipping charges and insured for the total purchase price, with the original copy of the Sales Invoice.
• Credit card transactions are refunded by transaction reversal thru the credit card issuer.

6.Standard Product Warranty applies to all products sold, except for clearly identified and segregated products. For such identified products, Limited Warranty details will be indicated on the Sales Invoice.

7.In all dispute resolutions, the decision of Anson’s with the concurrence of DTI shall be deemed final.

8.All deliveries will only be coming from Anson Emporium Corporation main warehouse at 2304 Don Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Makati City.
